The company further mentioned that there were several instances of inappropriate conduct towards colleagues and senior staff, along with concerns related to work performance. According to them, verbal warnings were issued on two occasions, followed by a formal warning letter dated 24 April 2026.
The company has also stated that the employee submitted his resignation voluntarily on 28 April 2026 and, as per company policy, is required to serve a 30-day notice period.
